If you have already purchased your tickets for the Parade of Homes, make sure you include a visit to our condos on your list of selected stops. If you haven’t
purchased your tickets, make Creekside Village your first stop and purchase your tickets here.

The Northern Utah Parade of Home hours are:
June 26 - July 12
Monday, Thursday and Friday - Open 2 PM until 9 PM
Saturday - Open 10:00 A.M. until 9:00 P.M.

Although the Parade of Homes is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, we will still have a representative available if you choose to stop by.

The Creekside Village community clubhouse is nearly finished and we’re pretty excited. The same great quality work you will find in your condo is also in the clubhouse.
The clubhouse has a main area with a full kitchen and fireplace with built-in flatscreen TV. A small dining area and comfortable furnishings make for a great get-together place for you and your friends.
The clubhouse has mens’ and women’s restrooms (of course) and a fully stocked fitness center with TVs so you can work up a sweat in style. Step outside to find entrances to the pool and showers.
Phase I of the condos are on schedule to be ready in June, just in time for you to move in, have a great workout, and take a swim.

Even though the weather has been first, frighfully cold, and then we’re hit with an awful inversion, our work continues. Kudos to our crews, who work through it all to keep your home timelines on schedule.
And “faster than a speeding bullet,” the clubhouse is well on its way to being ready for you to use when you move into your new home. Living at Creekside Village in Layton is a great investment on your part in time, money, and a sanity saver.

Progress continues on Creekside Village. We thought you would like some photos of the footings and foundations as they are being laid.
All work is on schedule as planned. Footings and foundations are in. Curb and gutter are in. Fencing is up, and we have started on the landscaping.

On September 13, the Legacy Highway opened, providing an additional freeway between Davis and Salt Lake Counties.
According to commuters with whom we have spoken, their commute time from Layton to Salt Lake City has been cut almost in half. This is great news for Creekside Village condo owners and potential owners who commute to Salt Lake City. The Legacy Highway was a long time coming, and from what we can see, very well worth the wait.
Construction on Creekside Village is right on schedule. Check back for updates.

Right now it looks like a lot of machinery and piles of dirt. But we are laying firm foundations for a wonderful community, close to everything, with great amenities and best of all…affordable.
